From M1 NORTH
J24 head towards Loughborough on the A6 thro’ Kegworth village. After dual carriageway turn Left on A6006 - follow over traffic lights at junction with A60. Through Rempstone and Wymeswold villages, under A46 to next cross roads, Turn Left (signposted Old Dalby and Grimston) follow to junction with A606, Go straight on - ignore right-hand road at ‘Y’ junction (on first left-hand bend) – take second right (on sweeping left-hand, 90° bend) – follow lane straight on, through closed field gate (please close gate, unless already open) – bear to the left – base approx 400 yards on the right.

From M1 SOUTH
J21A (A46 Newark), follow to roundabout. Turn Left on A46 (Newark). (IGNORE the next Melton Mowbray turn!). At Six Hills take the Loughborough/Melton Mowbray turning (B676). At the T-Junction turn Left towards Melton Mowbray. Follow to crossroads (crossing A6006) – Go straight on (signposted Old Dalby/Grimston) to next crossroads (crossing A606), Go straight on - ignore right-hand road at ‘Y’ junction (on first left-hand bend) – take second right (on sweeping left-hand, 90° bend) – follow lane straight on, through closed field gate (please close gate, unless already open) – bear to the left – base approx 400 yards on the right.

From A1 SOUTH
Take the Oakham turn-off (A606). At T-Junction take Left turn to Oakham – Follow signs to Melton Mowbray (new bypass) – In Melton follow Nottingham signs – After S-bends in Ab Kettleby (Ignore first Holwell turn immediately after village) take the next Right – ignore right-hand road at ‘Y’ junction (on first left-hand bend) – take second right (on sweeping left-hand, 90° bend) – follow lane straight on, through closed field gate (please close gate, unless already open) – bear to the left – base approx 400 yards on the right.

From A1 NORTH
Take the A607 Grantham turn – At roundabout go Right – At T-junction turn Right towards Melton Mowbray. At Waltham-on-the-Wolds village take Right turn immediately before pub on right (easily missed!)(also pub on left!) – Follow road to crossroads – Turn Left – Turn next Right (signposted Ab Kettleby and Long Clawson) – follow road until come to sharp left-hand bend – follow a few hundred yards – next Left off sharp right-hand bend – follow lane straight on, through closed field gate (please close gate, unless already open) – bear to the left – base approx 400 yards on the right.

From A46 NORTH
Take the Melton Mowbray turn (A606) - through Upper Broughton and Nether Broughton – Up very steep hill – over top of hill, turn Left at X-roads - Go straight on - ignore right-hand road at ‘Y’ junction (on first left-hand bend) – take second right (on sweeping left-hand, 90° bend) – follow lane straight on, through closed field gate (please close gate, unless already open) – bear to the left – base approx 400 yards on the right.
