Directions to MBCC's AGM Venue

Bassett Street, Wigston, Leicester, LE18 4PE

From the M69/J21 on the M1
Towards Leicester - keep in the left-hand lane - in 250 yards (approx) enter the slip road on the left - tight left hand bend - take left slip road just before roundabout (very tight) - go straight ahead over four sets of main traffic lights. These are all within 2 miles.

At major roundabout take right hand lane and the fifth exit (signposted to South Wigston) Saffron Lane - straight ahead over 4 mini roundabouts to a T junction (garage on right, church on left). Turn left and then immediately right at next mini roundabout (Countesthorpe Road).

Take the second left on to Timber Street. Look left for railings and car park. We are the Hall on the left.

As you approach the venue, 2 of the mini roundabouts are currently being converted to traffic light junctions - please be aware that this may mean delays & allow extra time for your journey.
The roads are being controlled by traffic lights, allowing one stretch to go at a time (there being 3 different sets of lights). At the T junction you will have to turn left. Then go straight over the mini roundabout (Countesthorpe Road is blocked at this point) and take the next right which is Dunton Street; 1st right onto Bassett Street; down to the bottom and turn left onto Countesthorpe Road; 1st left onto Timber Street and into the car park as usual.
